Mobile, Ala. -- A two-alarm fire at Colony Park apartments on Country Lane off Airport Boulevard in west Mobile today resulted in about $100,000 in damage but no serious injuries, authorities said. Steve Huffman, Mobile Fire-Rescue Department spokesman, said a woman reportedly leaped from a second floor apartment and injured her ankle.
