A Virginia-base real estate investment trust has purchased a Davidson County apartment complex for $36 million. G & E Apartments REIT Canyon Ridge LLC purchased the Apartments at Canyon Ridge located at 3868 Central Pike in Hermitage, according to the Davidson County Registrar of Deeds records.
