Edwin W. Merino, a 30 y/o photographer from Los Angeles was arrested Tuesday in Liberty, Mississippi for allegedly stalking Jamie Lynn Spears and Casey Aldridge. Merino was arrested in a gas station and claims to have been using a telephoto from 200 feet away from the couple but authorities thought differently.
