A second suspect has been charged with murder in the death of a Robbinsdale man gunned down on New Year's Day 2008 as he tried to protect his wife. Keith M. Hemphill, 28, of Minneapolis is charged with second-degree murder and aggravated robbery in the suburban break-in.
