SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Beckman Coulter Inc. will purchase Dako Denmark AS's research flow cytometry instrumentation business based in Fort Collins, Colo., the two companies said Monday. Financial terms were not disclosed. Dako's flow cytometry instrument business employs about 200 people. The deal is expected to close by the end of the year.
